Some rooms carry unpleasant odors!!! A clearer communication regarding parking and facility access can greatly improve the experience!!! Updates and repairs are definitely needed, especially on bathrooms and communal areas!!!

Best views and yummy breakfast!

We stayed 3 nights and absolutely loved the stunning views! The breakfast was super tasty, especially the french toast. 🍞 Everyone was really friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The bar was a blast too! Just wish the parking wasn't such a hassle. it's a bit cramped around there.

We enjoyed a pleasant stay, with stunning views from our room. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially when they offered us an early breakfast before my cycling event. Highly recommend trying the local seafood in the dining area. it's exceptional! Just be sure to check meal times.

The location by the bay is stunning with fantastic views, and the staff is welcoming and helpful. the outdated facilities and limited parking detracted from the experience. Breakfast took a while to arrive, but the food was generally enjoyable.

We visited Oban Bay Hotel for a two-night stay and had a wonderful experience despite a few bumps. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff greeted us warmly. The room offered stunning views of the bay, making mornings enjoyable. The bed felt comfortable, ideal for restful nights. The food we tried in the restaurant was delicious, particularly the dinner options. Our breakfasts were also tasty, though they seemed to be overwhelmed by other guests. One morning, we arrived at breakfast early, but many guests had the same idea. The staff worked hard to keep things moving, but it got a little chaotic. We also found that the bathroom could use updating. The shower pressure was inconsistent, which was a bit annoying after a long day exploring. We missed our cab on one morning despite prior arrangements, leading to a hurried start to the day.

Absolutely loved the location—perfect for my explorations! The staff helped me out of a pickle when my taxi ghosted me. Bonus, a member even drove me to catch my boat!

Parking can be a hassle since spaces directly at the hotel are quite limited. you might need to offload your bags and park in a nearby car park. The wet room-style shower in the Petite Double has a small screen that doesn’t effectively contain water, resulting in a messy bathroom after use, though the cleaning team seems to manage it well. The long wait for breakfast, particularly on busy mornings, could be frustrating if you’re in a hurry, and while the breakfast options look tempting, the £18 charge might feel steep with plenty of local cafes nearby.

The location is great for exploring Oban, with several attractions within walking distance. I enjoyed a fantastic massage at the spa, which was definitely a highlight of my stay. The staff was welcoming and provided helpful advice on parking and navigating the area, making my solo trip feel smooth and enjoyable. I found the bar area to be quite chilly, which was a downside, and the soup I ordered was cold upon arrival.
